I ordered online and went to pick it up at the store location. Despite there being 3 employees working, none of them greeted or acknowledged me. They were all having a personal conversation with another customer who had walked in just before me. After ringing up that customer's order, they still did not acknowledge me and instead asked a new customer if they needed help. I had to speak up and remind them that I had been waiting before the other customer. I waited in line for 30 minutes and had to repeat my order to the man with glasses and dreadlocks twice. Not only was he rude, but he also gave me the wrong order and got an attitude when I tried to use a reward. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unnecessary. I hope they can improve their service.

I brought a pre-made cake from the refrigerator for my daughter's birthday. We asked if they could write on it, and the employee turned around to ask the person who does it, but he said no. I guess he was too busy to write on a $45 ice cream cake.

I had to change my order 3 times because they barely had anything in stock. Ridiculous. They didn’t even have waffle cones which completely shocked me, seeing as though it’s an ice cream shop. Will be my last resort from this point on.
