I went in with an email coupon that I received through the corporate rewards program. Coupon says on it that it is valid at all socal locations. Employee that was trying to help me said that it is a valid coupon but manager then out of nowhere was rude and cheap and would not honor the coupon. Shame on this manager for breaking the franchise rules. Corporate emails these coupons to rewards members and to help you earn business at your franchise location, and you just lost my business by being super rude and cheap. I absolutely love Cold Stone. However the customer service in this place is AWFUL!!! I asked for an ice cream a certain way and the server made a mistake so he had to toss it and he rolled his eyes at me and his facial expression told me he was very upset. It is too bad he did not listen to my order and made a mistake. I paid over &12 for my order and I should not have to settle for an ice cream made a way I didn't request it. I will continue to go to cold stone but not at this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream. Disappointed to come here to get my favorite and the girl didn?t mix in and chop up the strawberries all the way. Felt like she was stingy with the toppings but in reality it was just the two frozen strawberries she did put were at the bottom and whole. Please don?t be lazy and chop and mix the toppings well, the whole taste of the ice cream depends on this very simple task.

On a Sunday night, the restaurant wasn't too busy, though there were a few patrons. The two staff members were working hard and served with a smile. They were friendly and efficient. The menu featured interesting flavors like strawberry cake batter and banana bread batter, along with some popular favorites. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent staff and a great selection!
She removed the hair and tossed the contaminated ice cream in the trash, but she left the rest of the batch untouched, assuming it was still good. To my dismay, she then used the same scoops to serve ice cream to another customer right behind me. It was absolutely shocking. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Hair definitely shouldn't be an ingredient in ice cream.

price 3/5 ambience 1/5 service 2/5 Cold stone creamery used to be place where fun aspect of seeing icecream made, but now it seems like people are just going through the motion. It was a sad sight to see. The price is a bit high and the taste seems moreblend than i remember.

This is your typical cold stone. The place has had it's restroom under repairs for the last several years but other than that it's nothing extraordinary. Place could use a little clean up.
I really enjoy Cold Stone, but this specific location is quite stingy with their portions. By the time I got home—just two minutes away—the ice cream had already melted.
