Filthy! On arrival you walk past dirty dishes on outside patio. Go inside and trash all over carpets. Drink station nasty. Bathroom floor in womens room gross! No toilet paper in handicap stall, no paper towels at sink and floor wet. Makes one wonderif kitchen is the same? Unbelievable for a Panera! Food okay but ambiance dirty. Would have left but first place we tried aftera sports event closed for staff to catch up!!????
I received the wrong delivery order and missing item . Ordered BLT and got a completely different sandwich. Also, did not receive the cookie I ordered. A bit frustrating when I?m trying to call the cafe and they keep hanging up on me. I understandthey might be busy but there isn?t even an option on the app to review the order?if you?re going to order from Panera..do it INTHE CAFE!
EVERY time, not sometimes, not even most times, but EVERY time I visit to use the coffee station things are empty. From the honey, to the half n half, and almond milk, to the coffee in the carafes. Then the person is usually busy helping someone inline so you have to wait your turn to get them to refill whatever it is you 're missing for your RAPID pick-up .
I stopped by for lunch after visiting a friend who had just had a baby. I ordered the Napa almond sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup combo at Panera La Mirada. The food was delicious and the place was clean. The staff was friendly and thanked me for coming in. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future. Thank you, Panera La Mirada! I swear this will be my last time eating here. These so-called "bowls" cost nearly $11 each, which is outrageous. I get more soup from a $3 can. It’s honestly ridiculous to call these portions bowls and charge that much for chicken noodle and cream of chicken and rice soups.
I had the chance to try the new Black Forest Ham Gouda Melt Toasted Baguette, and it was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, they forgot to add the arugula, or perhaps they were out of it. I will definitely order it again and hope they include the arugula next time.
The restaurant frequently misses the mark with orders; during our recent visit, we received a meal without French fries and encountered undercooked, cold chicken tenders. Furthermore, the kids' meal did not include the lemonade that was supposed to be included.
Place very dirty no tables clean no bread no soups let me add to my bad review so my sandwich came it was cold and it was chicken wasn't even cooked highly recommend it to come to this place. Book a table now
The serving of macaroni and cheese in the bowl is smaller than expected, resulting in an excess of bread. I recommend ordering an additional side of macaroni to create a better balance.
