Very disappointed in the service tonight. We walked in while the shop was still open but no one acknowledged us and when they finally asked us what we wanted, we couldn't order smoothies or ice cream with the mixins because they were closed. We literallyhad just watched them mix something for another customer right before us. Will be calling and speaking with a manager because itwas not the same experience as we have had at other locations.
There really isn't anything special about cold stone. Sure they have that different mixing style of adding in the toppings but the quality is just not there. Not to mention my ice cream came already a bit melted and mushier cause of the way they mix in the toppings. Waited like 15 minutes to order and it's just not worth it for mediocre ice cream I could get at the grocery store. The only thing this place has is the location.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was incredibly friendly, and there were plenty of options to choose from. They even let us sample some aromas we were interested in. I tried the coconut yogurt, and it was delicious—just the right level of sweetness for me. The place has a few seats available both inside and outside, but I don't think there are any restrooms.
It was way hotter inside then it was outside. By the time the guy handed me my ice cream it was already melted. He didn't even crush up the 2 tiny pieces of Kit Kats I paid $1 for but honestly I think he was just trying to put it in the cup before it completely melted. Run the ac if you're gonna charge $10 for a small cup or ice cream Book a table now
Went in tonight on a Saturday night and it was super busy. Still the service was fast and Maya who made our ice-cream was super sweet. Very friendly. The ice cream was tasty-recommend the mudpie mojo. Will come again.
Workers are lovely, always make my day better! Ice cream is a little pricey but delicious. My main concern is that the woman behind the counter, who I assume is the manager, was being really rude to her employees.
The ice cream is excellent, though some might find it a bit pricey. The location is also fantastic, situated near a variety of shops and restaurants. The menu offers a wide range of options to choose from.
