I have an order by the cold stone app, which was confirmed by email at 6:58. the earliest time to pick up was at 19:30. I went to the store at 19:30, they said my order was not yet done and something was told about doordash. I don't know what this has to do with my order. I think they said there were a few Tordash commands before me. I sat in the load and waited for my order. many ppl (15 came in the line in the load her order and got her order and left. I decided I didn 't need ice-cream that bad. I went to use the rest room and dissociate it was locked. I asked the young lady if I could use the rest room. I was told they dint have a bathroom. I said the bathroom is right there. She said you can 't use it. I informed her of the sign in the door that said ... for customers only . Dripping with sarcasm she said you can 't use the rest room I am easily old enough to be her grandfather. There was no need to be rude and sarcastic. If they don 't have a customer restroom (which I believe is required by the health department) they should take the sign down. We visited this location on January 5, 2020, at 3 PM, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The place itself was very clean, and there were plenty of parking spaces available since it’s situated in a strip mall. I got to sample a few ice cream flavors before making my selection. I really enjoyed my choice of strawberry blonde, which had crispy graham cracker bits, generous chunks of strawberries, and whipped cream. I will never order from here again. After waiting for 25 minutes, I went inside because the online system still indicated that my order wasn't ready. I saw eight people in line, and two families ended up leaving because they were tired of waiting. I approached the staff member who took my order to ask about its status. He had my name on a receipt and claimed he was the only one working, saying I needed to wait. When I told him I couldn't wait and asked for a refund, he informed me that I couldn't get one. Frustrated, I called my credit card company to cancel the order. It's unbelievable—if he was the only one working, they should have stopped taking orders!

A lot of variety of ice cream, lots of toppings and super delicious. The 2 complaints I have is that the workers are super slow even when the place is full. And secondly it’s not a kid appropriate place because the music is too explicit. Every song that played there while we were there had so many strong profanity words. I was with my 9 7 year old so I was not happy about that. Next time I’ll buy and leave.
Went to pick up an order, girl behind counter said she was currently making it. I waited 20+ minutes and still nothing. When I went back to the counter to ask about my order, she said they don’t have the ingredients to make it. When we’re you going to tell me? If I didn’t ask I would be waiting forever, horrible customer service
I have dined there multiple times, and they consistently mess up my orders. I pay for add-ons that I never receive. I don't understand how they can't seem to read the order details. I know they're busy, but it only takes a few extra seconds to ensure they send out what the customer actually ordered. I'm done with this place.

I tried the German chocolate and Mario birthday ice cream creations, and they were both just okay. While they satisfied my craving, I don’t feel the need to have them again.
Seriously I pay over $8 to get a half filled melted up ? I will never come to this location again . Please save your money they will rob you here !!!!
