For my ice cream it was not important at all... was much too sugar thinking young girls just a lot of sugar crystals... and hardly any peanut butter cups ; I ordered the teig-lightful peanut butter it has to size in a cup cost over $7.11 and gave my change .50 tip=over $7.61 for cup of ice that was not good. Expected to be decent/better, because for this price I would have got at least 3 tubes of delicious peanut butter ice cream with 3QT 3Pints and still left by Walmart! Very disappointed. I don't always want to return even though I'm on the street of Washington Twp/Sewell location..
I came to Cold Stone tonight and asked for a secret article from the menu. An enthusiastic and fascinated young lady (I did not get her name) immediately without hesitation showed her excitement and created the product. With much excitement and help from other teammates - my stepson was made night. He even went so far that it was the best surprise he ever got. Thank you to the team here at Cold Stone for your enthusiasm and dedication. We'll return safely. You're all so appreciated.
Not only her ice is excellent, but they also jumped my car! I wish I have their names because this is a customer service!!! In any case, some ice and car problems would come here!!!
Young people work there moving orders pretty fast, excellent service. Butter pecan ice cream in a waffle cone was pretty good. Two thumbs up
