Not bad location and inviting to passers by, like ourselves. Stopped here twice, maybe we shouldn’t have given it a second chance. Drinks and services fine on both occasions but toasted sandwich on first visit was very greasy. The toast, surrounding the cheese and ham filling, lacked crunch and was oozing grease. On Second visit we had carbonara and grilled king prawns in garlic, cooked in clay dish 11.50 and 16.50 euros respectively. The spaghetti in the carbonara was over cooked and the sauce tasteless. Mum I came Wed 11 October 2023 for an evening meal. R sat at an empty and available table. Maybe 30 mins after sitting down, we were ready to leave, a waitress finally came and took our drinks order, returned with a dinner menu. Ordered food within approx 10mins. Waited perhaps nearly another hour with zero attention not service etc, no apologies given, no mention of short staffing not food delays with the kitchen. Gave up waiting for dinner. Asked for the bill. Gave up waiting for that after 10minutes. Went to the till to pay and was asked if we only had a drink? Yes, no food as it never arrived. Great location in the square. Very rustic inside. We went on Thursday early evening and the front terrace was packed. It was difficult to get the attention of the staff when we sat inside but they were obviously extremely busy. We opted for the menu of the day and the waiter said we could have the set menu from all days. We went for chicken soup , BBQ pork with chips . The sauce on the meat was delicious. I ha ve to agree with the previous reviewer though. They brought vanilla ice cream so there was no choice. The two waiters who served us were very friendly though. Overall I thought the menu was value for money. The interior is interesting with old photographs of the port. Staff very good .
The food was ok but the overall experience crashed: initial attention was good, they lock you in bread rejected but still added to bill first drinks order wrong Canarian chicken was lacking chicken meat drinks with dinner never arrived waiters were overstretched, many people left without service EXPENSIVE

We had the menu of the day, 3 courses for €12.50. it was great value, lovely food and great service. The only improvement would have been to offer a choice of the flavour of the ice cream, they had a huge choice in the counter but the diners were just given what the waiter felt.
Me encanta este lugar. Paramos aquí durante una excursión en crucero. Comimos en su terraza. Tiene unas vistas estupendas y es ideal para observar a la gente. Esta era nuestra segunda vez aquí. Un sitio genial para comer algo rápido. Los pasteles son espectaculares.
excellent deal on the part of the waiter who held us. good price. daily menu abundant to very good value for money and choice. We tested the tomato soup, which was pretty good, and the entrecot and roasted chicken. good quality and attention.
This restaurant is in a very good location. The service is friendly, but the food is getting ridiculous for Spanish prices. The ice cream portions cost €8.95. There are no locals in the restaurant, which is not a good sign.

Ordered a baked camembert hadn't seen an oven in its life! Barely warm and clearly straight out of a packet. Accompanied by supermarket style lightly toasted bread. So disappointing. Average sangria. Avoid.
