I haven't had the chance to visit this particular location, but I want to commend the Cookies United team for their outstanding customer service. I reached out via email about an issue I had with some cake bites I bought from Costco, and they were incredibly kind and helpful in resolving everything. It's refreshing to encounter a company that genuinely cares about its products and customers. Their rainbow Italian cookies are a favorite of ours—they're just the right size for a sweet treat, with great flavor and excellent texture.
This place has cookies galore. If you can't find a cookie that you like here, then it doesn't exist. Bulk packs are available with smaller sizes available too. The heavenly aroma of cookies baking is in the air when you get to the building. Outlet bakery hours posted are Wed-Fri 10am to 3pm ... cash only, no debit, no credit card ... I can't wait to go back.

I noticed an attempted transaction on my Cash App from this restaurant, but I've never been there. I live in Lorain, Ohio, which seems very strange. This experience is why I make sure to keep all my cards locked!
Have visited and ordered from Cookies Unlimited before. Good deals but they do not add enough jelly (strawberry, raspberry, cherry, apricot) to the jellied cookies.Please add more jelly... Thank you!
I absolutely love their rainbow cookies. The other treats are good too, but the rainbow cookies are truly special. I even ordered a 5-pound box for a party just to ensure I'd have some leftovers!
