I only give two stars because I was refunded this time! I loved this place the owner (jamaican lady) was very nice and pleasant. I recently know, however, that I was served over eating. Yeah, that's not fresh. this is the third and last time I get spoiled food from this place! the first two times I talked to the man who was there. He was quite rude and insulted me to tell him that the food was not fresh and that it began to smell a few hours after the purchase. I was very professional, but he was so heated because he says he thought I was just getting a refund! as a HUGE advocate of my culture - especially his kitchen, so I had no reason to call this restaurant harmful! I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The mac and cheese was dry, the oxtails were hard, and the curry chicken tasted like it was cooked by someone who has never had authentic Caribbean food before. The one-pot dish was too salty, and I believe the yams were from a can. The only good thing was the rice. If you're just looking for a quick meal when you're hungry, this place is fine. But if you're craving authentic Caribbean flavors, look elsewhere. The prices for the quality of food were not worth it. The staff were friendly, but we ended up spending $76 only to end up ordering food from another place. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who knows...
Awful service! Came to pick up a $50 takeout order. Parked in the back and when leaving. The driveway was blocked by a black Honda SUV. When I asks the driver to move she said it was private property. The car was owned by someone from the restaurant and they were offloading supplies. There is no sign showing that the back behind the restaurant is private property I have seen many people parked here to pick up orders and leave. The fact that they made us wait till they offloaded everything before they move the car out of the way shows their disdain for their customers I will never order from this restaurant again you have lost a customer for life and all my family.
I feel like the prices for the food is just ridiculous if you ask me. The small food comes in a mini box with not much food inside and they give you the worse part of the meat. Also the food is just ok it’s very bland. Don’t know how they still in business!? I am never going back there again I rather take my business somewhere else. What makes it even sadder this is not my first time going there but I wanted to give them a chance but they just keeps messing up. I can’t do it anymore I just can’t. That’s it! I am done with them completely!!!!

I have one complaint I paid for the 2 litre ting for $5 and got the small regular ting… I complained in Ubereats and was refunded anyways but I’m actually surprised that the rating is so low the food was so good. I’m a truck driver and we order Uber eats all the time and been disappointed a lot I needed Jamaican food and this was the only one open and I’m so glad I chose this place. Please get the orders right but the food was good keep that up.
I have lately stopping at cool runnings for take out lunch and I ordered jerk turkey wings with vegetables and rice and it it the best I have tasted. The sauce they put over the wings is very good that I had to go back I have made it my favorite take out keep it up cool running Happy New Year to you all.
I've got food from there many times. It's very taste. BUT LIKE NOW WHEN THEY ARE LOW THEY WATER DOWN AND GIVE SCRAPS. it would be nice if they notified you, to give optional order. Large red pea soup was 75% water
The oxtail with sides of tears, curtains, and cauliflower was delicious! We also enjoyed the carrot juice. Overall, the restaurant was a great place and I was expecting something special.

I ordered curry with rice, pork schnitzel with rice, and beef patties. They forgot to put the patties in the bag, so I had to go back and get them. The food had a strange taste.
The whole restaurant need to be in the garbage just like this food. Goat meat is not done… close down
