Service was ridiculously slow. Ordered a mixed drink, it came out tasting of grapefruit, and mint: it was supposed to be orange, strawberry, champagne and vodka. Our group ordered a soup, starter salads, and entrees. One entree and one salad arrived long before the soup or the other salads. After salads and soup arrived along with entrees, the last entree was served, with cold fries. The dessert was called Smith Island cake. It was a round cake with layers. I would not go back
Arrived and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then was told the buffet would be $65 instead of $21 that was on the Open Table menu. Just because it was Mother's Day, they raised the prices. We went with the lunch menu. When the waitress came to our table, she was kind enough to tell us there would be a wait for our food since the buffet took precedence over the lunch menu. We left. Terrible service. I will not go back there. Shame on Marriott.
We waited a very long time to place our order and waiting a long time for the food to be delivered. My wife has a good allergy that the staff was informed of when we placed the order but they still prepared the dish with the item. They did redo the dish, but took a long time to do so. By the time it was delivered I had finished my meal. The restaurant was also quite loud making conversation difficult at best.
Arnold Palmer was too weak. I enjoyed my Old Fashioned, though. Food was ok. Music wasn’t to my liking. This restaurant is in a hotel and OpenTable didn’t make that clear. Signage at the location isn’t helpful, either. Book a table now
The service was nice! We liked our waitress, thank you for the hospitality,but the food was lacking flavor and was very bland. Maybe it was a off night we heard great things about this place.
The food, service, and value were excellent. We can on a cold and rainy day so it was a little chilly were we sat. Coffee and food got cold quickly
They did not bring beverages until we asked. Very slow service You had to hunt down help to get seated or any food service….avoid this restaurant!
The menu is uncomplicated and the food was delicious. The service from the wait staff was attentive. Book a table now
Early reservation meant service was good. Mixed greens salad topped with salmon was good taste
