I know it 's a chain restaurant, and in a food court, so I didn 't have high expectations, but it was delicious! I don 't usually like or order bowls at all, but they were just about to close and I had no other options so I got the Aztec with Shiitake Teriyaki chicken. I was blown away! It had so much flavor and nutrition, and it was truly an immensely satisfying dinner. Even their takeout packaging is all paper cardboard, so I love their sustainability. We were thrilled to discover this restaurant near our hotel in Old Quebec! It offers a fantastic variety of vegan options, and the combination of flavors is impressive. We've enjoyed three out of our five meals here so far, and the quality is top-notch. I had a delicious beet burger accompanied by an energizing smoothie. Service was quick, and the menu features a great selection of nutritious and tasty dishes. For anyone who might be hesitant about vegan food, this place is a must-try. Dining here was an excellent experience that we truly appreciated. While the chili was underwhelming, the bowls and poutines were outstanding! There’s a fantastic variety, the service is good, and I loved the blend of flavors. So far, we’ve enjoyed three out of five meals here. It’s wonderful to find a high-quality vegan spot close to where we’re staying! We were pleasantly surprised to discover this place right next to our hotel near Old Quebec. The cafeteria-style restaurant offers great prices and incredibly affordable options. Highly recommended!

my new favourite place for vegan lunch in quebec city! absolutely love the Mediterranean and the aztec power bowls. the small size enough for me (small woman.) the zucchini brownie is also a must try! the poutins have an unusual sauce and could be more cheesy. not my favorite, but it was okay. they also donate rainforest, so they do not forget to receive a loyalty card to participate in the charitable program.
This is the second time I try your restaurant, first time was in Montreal and second is tonight in Quebec city. I don't know if you have set some standards, but what we got for 8.99$ is a half-full small box with minuscule chunks of peels for sweet potatoes....you'll have to pay me to go back. You are better off at la panthère verte if you're in Montreal or with the A W beyond meat burger.
if they are on the look for an excellent vegan meal while on the go, stop here! there are a lot of burgers, power bowls, smoothies, breakfast items, suppening, desserts and coffee and tee. I had the aristotle power shell with brown rice and tempeh. I had a big bowl that was really filled. there are seats down and up. I will definitely return for second meal!
There were very few people there, which might be expected for a weekday afternoon. However, AZTEC remains my favorite spot for a vegetarian meal. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The food is fresh and definitely better than what I've had at the Laurier Copper location.

The restaurant features a spacious, well-lit dining area with exceptionally friendly staff. I ordered the Mediterranean bowl to go, and it was really tasty. I wanted to grab some hot sauce, but they only offered bottles for customers dining in.
