nice setting and good service, but I was very disappointed at the food I ordered. cheese appetizer had 4 very thin slices of a kind of cheese that was just okay. the companion-condiment was delicious, but instead of nuts crostini, how advertised there were rounds of hard, bland, stale-tasting white brot, that seemed from the rolls that they bring to each table (which were not very good to begin). the disappointing was disappointing. the gutter was hard, crispy and tasteless. the restaurant is beautiful and I really enjoyed the ambiente. the small green salad had very bitter green in it. our escapes were delicious (hallibut and huh,) but the portions are very small.
The food and drinks are very good. However, if your looking for a variety of apps and salads or meals it is a tiny menu. It would be nice to see more apps at least.
good food and slow service. not sure whether understaffed and the service was slow and inefficient. I think eating was over price for what was received.
