Weather was great for outdoor dining, low humidity after an afternoon rain and high 70s to low 80’s. My soulmate and U were excited to try a different Italian restaurant in Doral other than our favorite Divieto’s were willing to pass on the free outdoor music on this beautiful cool night. Coppola’s VIP falls short of the VIP experience one might expect. Upon arrival, we noticed that 90% of the restaurant was reserved for an engagement party, leaving the service primarily focused on that event while neglecting other tables, including ours. When we asked to speak with the manager, a petite young blonde woman, we were informed that she was too busy attending to the engagement party, which was our main concern. The food was mediocre and overpriced for its quality. Unfortunately, this will be our first and last visit. In summary, the food was subpar, the prices high, and the service was really disappointing.
The food was enjoyable, but the service was absolutely awful. The server lacked knowledge about the wines, and the bartender inconsistency poured varying amounts of the same wine into different glasses. The server failed to note all the drink orders, and we had to repeatedly ask for basics like napkins for the table, more water, and bread. Surprisingly, we were the only table there on a Friday night, which makes me think it's a "one and done" kind of restaurant!
Honestly, it was a terrible experience. The food was overpriced and mediocre, and the service was slow and unprofessional. They served dishes to one half of the table while the other half had to wait. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing meal for such an expensive price.

I had a reservation at 7pm on a wednesday that had been done for 3 days already and they called me at 6:38pm that same wednesday when i was almost leaving my house to say they couldn’t sit me because they had an event of 120 people. Super unprofessional
We made a reservation for my friend’s birthday. Upon arrival, we decided it was not the right vibe for us that night and left after having some appetizers and drinks. The staff were fantastic and helpful in our ordering process.
This place is very nice. It’s going to be better in the evening. It looks like the place is going to be a restaurant with music, DJ and dancers. No cover charge. At least not now. Will be going T night to see how it is.
The restaurant lacks a bartender, there is no wine selection available despite what is listed on the menu, and the dining options are quite limited.
