On Wednesday, the lunch catering was also underwhelming. The salad was bland, consisting only of iceberg lettuce and shredded carrots. Although some coworkers praised the chicken (I didn’t try it because I was still feeling sick from the day before), the corn on the cob was overcooked and mushy, and the mashed potatoes had an unusually tangy taste that was quite different from the usual expectation for mashed potatoes. Lastly, they served Polish sausage cooked in sauerkraut, which had a nice flavor but left several of us with ongoing stomach issues.
If we consider using them as caterers again in the future, I won't be part of it.
We are so happy that we went with Corky's to cater our wedding. Kristina was an absolute dream to work with- so responsive and organized! She attended our walkthrough, came up with the perfect layout for our ceremony and reception, and was so helpful during the planning process. The food at our wedding was great and we have been getting so many compliments on both the passed apps and our plated dinner. Her staff was friendly and respectful and they did such a great job setting up the seating and tables for our ceremony and reception. Would highly recommend using Corky's for your next event!
I can't say enough about Corky's. There in house staff was top notch and very helpful. They catered both our wedding reception and breakfast the next day. Food was outstanding! Tons of compliments from all in attendance. They were prompt in delivering on both days. We spent extra and hired servers for dinner, and it was the best money we spent. These people went above and beyond to make the experience flawless. Tons of left over food, so plan on feeding a small crowd afterwards. We would definitely use and recommend them without reservations.
I can honestly say that Corky's Catering was one of the best vendors we had for our wedding. They offered excellent bar options and were incredibly accommodating. But above all, the food was outstanding! The chicken breast in lemon sauce was a hit—everyone loved it, and we received numerous compliments. My uncle couldn’t stop raving about the green beans, too! Kristina was a joy to work with, and I highly recommend Corky's Catering for any large event, not just weddings. I can't wait to use them again. Thank you!

We hired Corky's Catering for our wedding at Promontory Point, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.
