We had driven past this restaurant for years without stopping, but on Monday night, we finally decided to give it a try for dinner, and we loved every bite. We began with crisp salads, followed by a combination plate of lasagna and meat ravioli topped with a savory meat sauce, along with a serving of cheese ravioli with palomino sauce, thanks to Kim's excellent recommendation. Everything was absolutely delicious, with the pastas being fresh and homemade. The marinara sauce I sampled was also delightful. Today I Ordered (2) extra large Pepperoni Ham pizzas.Traveled 24 miles one way because I was looking forward to Corsi 's small curled Pepperonis that are covered on the Pizza. I guess they decided to cut costs and go with the generic flat Pepperoni that isn 't even real Pepperoni. When I asked I 'd they changed their Pepperoni, I was told same ones for the last hundred years . Not only was the pizza a huge waste of time, nothing feels better than being lied to. For those of you that have a craving for Corsi s from the 90s, do yourself a favor and go to White castle and get yourself a burger.
I was in the mood for Italian food, so I decided to try a restaurant with positive reviews on Yelp. I ordered the chicken parmesan, and let me tell you, I have no idea what those earlier reviewers were talking about. This was my first and last visit to Corsi's. The food was bland and tasted like a cheap imitation of Ragu sauce, plus it was overloaded with garlic. The bread was hard and unappealing. I'm not Italian, but I've cooked better chicken parmesan at home.
This is the best pizza I’ve ever had, and I can enjoy it without feeling sick afterward. It’s fresh, delicious, and not greasy at all. Truly a perfect pie!
