I found the quality of my sandwich to be lower than what you'd typically get at Subway, and it was priced at $20. The tomato basil soup was excessively greasy, to the point where I had to strain it before enjoying it. The grilled chicken salad reminded me of what you might find in a high school cafeteria. The chicken wasn't even fresh; it was just the pre-packaged crumbled Perdue chicken readily available at grocery stores.
Not great. This location isn't a true Cosi; it's merely a satellite site. While they provide the full menu, none of the food is prepared on-site. The meals were almost inedible—the bread was hard, and the chicken reminded me of something you'd get for a school lunch. Plus, locating this place is tricky as it’s hidden inside a large government building with no exterior signage, which somewhat softens the disappointment.
Although it may not be as large as some establishments in NYC, the sandwiches here are equally delicious. I couldn't resist going back for a second full BLT! I had a bit of trouble finding the place at first because I was expecting a standalone storefront; it's actually situated inside an office building.

Usually working on large catering orders, which doesn’t allow speed. There’s no space to make fresh bread so they get it shipped in and baked. Location is hidden in an office building the entrance is on the side
