My family of 5 had to be separated into 2 tables that were 6 meters apart because the manager couldn't seat us together during COVID restrictions. When asked for an explanation, they couldn't provide one. All 3 staff members were rude and couldn't justify why the restaurant was only allowing 4 people at a table despite having the flexibility to arrange things differently. The coffee at Costa was average at best, but the combination of that and the unhelpful staff led to a very disappointing experience and a negative review.
The girls serving in here today, Keah and Maisey, made me so welcome. I was on my own and was very grateful for it. I noticed how pleasant they were with all the customers. The place was very clean and inviting with enough customers, but not so many that it felt over crowded. The coffee was delicious and also hot. I will go again and I hope to have the same welcome as I did today. Thanks girls.
The service at the restaurant was slow, and we were given takeaway cups even though we were sitting inside due to the barista's communication issues. The seating arrangement for social distancing meant that our group of six, including children, couldn't sit close together at tables because the rules were not sensibly applied. There was no offer of assistance to help resolve the situation.
Ended up here unexpectedly as all the restaurants were full for a pre theatre meal. Staff were really friendly and offered advice on one of the things we ordered as the menu was not clear as to exactly what it was. Food was prepared quickly and restaurant was clean and tidy. All one would expect of a chain

There were no other customers behind us, but we felt rushed to place our order quickly instead of being given time to choose. We ended up ordering very little and decided to leave. The front of house staff on Sunday, 9th, seemed rather unfriendly.
Love this place for breakfast, lunch and afternoon cake. Lovely friendly team who make you feel so welcome. Quality of food is guaranteed my favourite coffee house
costa coffee in great malvern is smart and very clean. good selection of diner, tee is very good, and personal friendly.
Coffee was horrible and way to hot would not recommend it here. The server was so unhelpful and rude!
