Costa Coffee - Table reservation

The venue was previously a pub, but has recently transformed into a Costa coffee shop. I have visited before with friends and found it to be pleasant and welcoming. However, on my recent visit, I was surprised to find the doors from the car park locked. Despite the website indicating that the venue should have been open for another 40 minutes, I was informed by another visitor that the shop was closed. It was disappointing to hear that the opening hours had been changed so soon after the launch, without updating the website accordingly. Costa in Desborough is a charming cafe and coffee shop with delightful staff who are friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Whether you are a local or just passing through, this cafe is definitely worth a visit. Their hot toasted sandwiches and scones are top-notch!

This Costa is housed in an impressive building commanding a corner plot. That makes it very easy to find. It has ample parking, tables outside, tables inside and tables in a conservatory. Not bad at all, but best of all is the friendliness of the staff. Well done them!

The staff at this Costa location is more sociable than most, and they are very efficient, approachable, and friendly. The atmosphere feels more like your local coffee shop because the staff is so welcoming.

Poor customer experience When being served it seemed to be a hassle to the staff working there rather than making it a positive customer experience . Staff don’t know what they doing.
