Big prizes and faculties are always the same. Great return policy for all products. 90 days on TVs and electronics, but 2 years warranty on them. One year produces warranty and Costco supplements to another year. All Kirkland brand products come with a lifetime guarantee. You buy everything with a brand Kirkland Signature on it, you can return it for the purchase price from what you have paid for it, not the price or the current price if it is still sold. All other articles, all up to 3 years. I have returned many articles in 3 years, even 7 years, and they have withdrawn it. It is not a well-known fact, but they guarantee all purchases, people simply do not know how long this return policy...
Our tyres were pierced on the highway, Friday night all tyre shops nearby were already closed. This leads us to the Costco tire center. We were so happy to meet Ashley and David, super friendly, efficient and professional, not only they helped us fix it, but also patiently explained every detail to us. That really appreciated it! They deserved an increase!
I love Costco! They are recently dealing with a Jif call, and it is very frustrating to make a separate trip back to throw away a product that they recommend. Would be nice if they could improve their system to do refunds on the phone when items are remembered and do not have to be returned.
Costco is always fun. Seeing the stuff and getting a lot of other people. Always helpful at the door and check out. It's a little trip for me. Live on Whidbey. But it's a good ride. Up. Last Sunday they had crab legs. A little too steep for me, but well looked.
