Pretentious restaurant with microscopical portions without a whole piece of fish or sea food on the plate. Starter; maybe 10g of shredded fish mix with cream cheese and very thinly speeded on the plate with a few very fine small slices of veg on the top. Main cours ; again shredded fish 20g toped with mash potatoes both layers are very thin circle just like the starter , again with a few tiny pieces of veg and mushrooms on the top. Both dishes without much teste or flavor . Dessert ; the thinnest slice of cake that one can master flat on the plate with three drops of wiped cream. After this meal you are more than 40 € lighter but not much fuller. No satisfaction for your test buds nor for yo...

Dinner was excellent, as usual. The dining room is elegant, with fine stemware. We started with kir bretons, served with canapés and fish spread. We ordered their lower-priced menu, which had several choices for each of the 3 courses. We really enjoyed their huitres and duo des poissons mussels and a mild fish . They also offer a wonderful tarte tatin with beurre salé ice cream as one of several dessert choices. Their wine list has several affordable choices, in both full and half bottles. We enjoyed their 1/2 Reuilly Les Lignes blanc. Service was good. To help ensure that nearby parking is available for diners ??? , Cancale has extended the payant parking hours near the restaurant to 10pm A...

We happened to arrive during an annual festival at the port, so parking was challenging, but we needed the exercise. We always make it a point to reserve a table here, and were glad that we did, as we watched people turned away on a Sunday afternoon (they close on Sunday night). The ambiance is warm casually elegant. The menus offer both traditional and creative dishes, excellently prepared. Table settings are elegant. Their wine list offers a number of nice selections, some at affordable prices. Service is friendly professional. Their poisson du jour, noix st jacques et moules... was excellent wonderful flavor. We 'll continue to return...

Location overlooking the bay was excellent The service was outstanding our hostess was efficient, friendly, and spoken enough English to make life just easy for us The food was just perfect we chose fish because of the location but even the veg with the main dish was outstanding The value for money was great. 80 per head including drinks for this experience was a real bonus The town is lovely though I suspect summer parking needs to be planned ahead!
