"Not always a fan of Michelin star restaurants, because they can be pretentious and trying to hard, but le Coquillage is not like that. The staff is relaxed, friendly, and beyond professional . The food is unbelievable, and the place is magical. A celebration to be reminded of the beautiful things to experience on this earth. Just perfect !"

All the courses were tremendously inventive and delicious. The staff made sure to ask if there was something we didn 't like (since the printed menu told us nothing about what we were to eat! , and were quick to propose alternatives in that case (a John Dory filet instead of oysters, for example . Husband even ended up eating things he thought he didn 't like, and liking them... that 's great cuisine. The wine list is a bit strange until you realise that they specialise in natural wines. We were somewhat concerned about the menu change to prix fixe only but our concern turned to delight. It was one of the most memorable evenings we have experienced. Each offering was beautiful and delicious. Particular kudos to the delightful sommelier who presented us with very unusual and lovely wines and, with each, A fascinating story of it's evolution. The tab is not for the faint of heart, but it's worth every euro.

We had the opportunity to taste the chef's cuisine a good lunch. aperitif in the garden with its magical view and very promising mouths. then the menu was transported to us, all dishes were fine, balanced, spicy perfectly, and served with a big smile. the wine menu remains reasonable (white bun with algae bread is to fall and magical desserts. a very nice table we want to make soon!

the shell offers refined cuisine in a very bau setting and a pleasant service. a special mention for the dessert cart. Too bad there's a forget. When I booked, I asked for a move for our birthday. and I also made a reminder just before dessert; Unfortunately in vain. What is all the more embarrassing and vexing is that several tables have had a millefeuille with a candle.
