I have been coming to this restaurant for 15 years, usually only once or twice a year, but it always delivers a fantastic meal. I visited last night and remembered the generous portion sizes, so I tried to order a starter that wouldn't be too large. However, the prawn puri was so delicious that I couldn't resist finishing it all! I knew I could take home my leftover main course, which was also delicious. The food is all excellent, but the standout is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great dining experience. Despite the challenging economy, the prices are still reasonable. Overall, it was a fantastic meal out.

Good atmosphere and staff really friendly Also there 24th February for Michael Jackson tribute night, what a night so much fun and considering how busy it was the food was excellent. Can’t wait till the next tribute night . Well done cottage tandoori. Think the staff enjoyed it as much as there customers on Friday night
Fantastic tasty food with great, friendly service. I managed to knock my husband's beer all over him..my fault entirely and they couldn't have handled it better...replaced the missing beer FOC , cleaned up quickly...even replaced his damp serviette. Getting a wee bit pricey but a great meal.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and found it to be mediocre. The food was lacking in flavor and we were not pleased to find a hair in our starters. After further research, I discovered that this place only has a one-star rating for hygiene.

This was our first visit. We had a lovely private sitting area and the restaurant itself is gorgeous. The service was brilliant and the food was excellent. 10/10 for everything. We will definitely be back!
Really impressed with the food and atmosphere in this place, Service was great, even on a busy Friday night. Menu offers a good range of choices. High quality food at very reasonable prices.
Not the best unfortunately. Didn't appreciate the hair in our starters, staff nonchalant about it. Rest of the food was rather bland across the selection of that ordered.
