I had an amazing experience at the TA restaurant! When I walked in, I was thrilled to find a place that offered more than just the usual fast food options like Popeyes, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut. The food variety was impressive, especially the buffet and home-cooked meals. Unlike standard fast food establishments, this restaurant had real servers, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. I waited over 25 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. She was friendly, but since she was the only server on duty at that time, I understand that it wasn't entirely her fault. We ended up waiting for more than an hour for our food to be prepared. The manager was sitting at a table with her friends, and it wasn't until she wanted their food rushed that she finally got up to help in the kitchen. When I entered the restaurant, I was feeling a bit down. However, a young man came over to check on me, and I assured him that I would be okay. He noticed my mood and made it his goal to ensure that I left with a smile. The food and service at this place were truly remarkable. Before I left, I asked my waitress, Vivian, about the young man so I could thank him for his kindness. She informed me that he was actually the general manager, named Herbert. When Herbert came back, I expressed my gratitude for his thoughtful attention, and he gave me the warmest hug. By the time I left, all the stress I had brought in with me had disappeared. I rated this restaurant 1 star for several reasons. Firstly, we ordered the steak special, which was supposed to be cooked medium well, but one of the steaks was only partially cooked. The mashed potatoes were tasteless, and the soup lacked flavor. To top it all off, the server suggested that we send the undercooked steak back to the kitchen for reheating, which raised my concerns about cleanliness. Overall, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

Service sucked we got here at 11:25 and they took our order and here it is 12:22 they just got done cooking our food and so I told them to throw our food in the box we are tired of waiting on our food. The cooks are slow along with the service. When we asked for our plates to boxed up they just dumped all plates in our box we want be back. Y’all need faster cooks and another servicer who can keep up.
This was my first experience at this restaurant, and I genuinely hope it's my last. I ordered a dish called "Friday," which was supposed to come with rice, but all I got were two fish fillets and a few tomatoes. To add to my disappointment, the service was exceedingly rude, and I truly felt discriminated against.
I had dinner at this restaurant tonight and found the experience quite disappointing. We waited over an hour for our food, and it took an additional 30 minutes to get drink refills. There was only one waitress and one cook, which appeared to cause issues for several other customers as well.
The waitress was quite busy as she was the only staff member working that day, but she managed everything efficiently. Unfortunately, the food was undercooked and took a long time to arrive.

The soup and salad bar is outstanding! It's included with many meals, and you can also add it to other dishes for a very reasonable price.
