I ordered the most expensive food on the menu The Steak Ribeye $30 it was Decent at best. The food was well made, it just didn 't have much taste. The fries were mediocre. The rice was a small portion and seemed to have been made with too much water as it was sticking together. Steak was Okay. The young waitress I receive was very friendly and polite. Even after I finished eating, I hung around for a bit, and she would come back asking if I wanted a fresh cup of water w/ lemon. OVERALL: The majority of regular items are all mostly overpriced to $25 or higher to get drivers to commit to the nonreserve parking fee. The Denver omlete I was served today says everything I need to know about who cooked it .To put it simply disgusting! It looked like the cook? , put veggies on grill and just cracked eggs on top of them , until they were burnt .I 've never had a crispy omlete before .Thank God they had a steak knife to cut the egg .I would have said something to my server , IF , I thought it would make difference .She saw my breakfast and still served it !!!I never expect much from Country Pride , post Pandemic , but this place is rock bottom .Travel Centers of America , please , get out of the food business !
Fellow truckers do yourselves a favor and walk over to IHOP. I ate hear 3 times in the last 2 days and will never eat here again. The food is bland and small portions and not fully cooked. The waitress tonight was very rude and tried to add an extra charge on my bill. Got more of an attitude when I pointed it out. It’s bad enough that we have to deal with shippers and receiver’s attitude a lot it’s even worse when we have to deal with it while trying to relax with a sit down meal. Do not waste your time eating here!! They should just close this Country Pride!

I had a very negative experience at this restaurant. The staff lacks professionalism and courtesy. I was treated poorly and had to leave without being able to eat. They moved me to an uncomfortable chair because the staff member was afraid of dogs. I have an 8-pound Maltese, and the way I was spoken to was completely disrespectful and loud.
I strongly advise against eating here. The treatment I received was unacceptable, and the staff member's behavior was degrading. Save yourself the trouble!
I was tired, I didn't read the reviews, I paid the price, in more ways than one. Also it's 25 bucks in the restaurant or $30 in the store to get free parking validate your ticket, not a combination of both, if you walk out of the restaurant with a receipt for $24 no good, if you walk out of the store with a receipt for $29 no good., if you add up both of those 53 dollars no good. They won't even validate your ticket unless you it's a full $25 in the restaurant or a full $30 in the store.

The service was disorganized, as they struggled to keep everything on schedule, and the servers were often late. The food was disappointing and far too expensive for the quality.
