I drove 20 min to this restaurant after calling a order in , got there to pick up 3 orders and side order of fries and iwas shorted 5 wings notice when I was going back home called them to let them know I did not get my wings while driving back ,the person on the phone said she was going to tell the owners ,then literally tells me the owner said he bagged them so he knows he gave it to me.. did u forget you did not give me my drink when I came in the first time ,,,so he literally called me a liar …,lying about the wings when I also left them a tip 7,00 tip to the same person that did not give me my drink or wings then to top it off fries are given to me in a bag we paid more than 20 dollars...

My husband and I recently relocated to Florida and tried Cousin Vinnie’s for the first time this week! Interestingly, a server from a different restaurant highly recommended it. Our server, Whitney, was absolutely amazing! My husband is a fan of spicy food and ordered ten chicken wings with two different sauces – five wings with one sauce and the other five with a different one. To satisfy his curiosity and love for variety, Whitney brought over six different sauces, one after the other, which led to a fun little “experiment” between the two of them! Whitney was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and had a fantastic sense of humor. We wholeheartedly recommend Cousin Vinnie’s and Whitney!
Amy was our server she was amazing and had such a great attitude, I was with some really picky ladies and many questions.. lol Amy was fabulous, I always recommend Vinnie when anyone wants them.. unfortunately the to go order I had was wrong my fault in not checking.. great atmosphere, everyone one of those ladies helped each other out and that was super nice.. love this place the salt and vinaga is my go to always and then lemon pepper.. go you will not be disappointed!!

Do not recommend. I placed a to go order for me and my family and one of my family member’s food was missing from the order and the “owner” refused to give me the missing food. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever received from a “family owned restaurant”. Since they refused to give me the food I was missing, I had to drive and spend money at another restaurant to make up for the missing food.
The guy in the pink hat who made my wings is incredibly talented! He prepared them with such finesse, and they were juicy and delicious. This is our third visit, and he hasn’t disappointed yet. He always has a great attitude, and there has been a noticeable improvement in the wings since he started working here!
The food was excellent. The best wings I've had in a very long time. We definitely plan on visiting this place every time we are in Tavares. The service was excellent and it didn't take long for them to prepare our orders. Very friendly and professional staff. Kid-friendliness: Have food orders for kids.
This charming little bar and restaurant is simply wonderful. The wings are amazing, offering a wide variety of sauces and rubs to choose from. The blue cheese is absolutely delicious; we even ended up buying a pint of it to take home!

Best wing place in Lake county, very friendly staff and a inviting atmosphere, excellent experience here and the wing were out of this world. Most definitely want to try other food items here. Will be back again.
