I really loved this place the staff that works here was very nice. My only issue was with the owner who I witnessed treating his workers rudely. I actually felt bad for the girls at the register when I saw the way they were being treated. Otherwise, the atmosphere and food was great and the prices were worth it.Kid-friendliness: I went with my niece and her son, and the waitress was very good with his needsParking: The parking lot is small but at the time we went which was 10 AM. There was plenty of spots.
My experience at this restaurant was not bad, just average. I received what I anticipated. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. The service was satisfactory, although I had to request some items, such as packets of jam for my toast, that should have been provided. It was hard to judge the atmosphere as the restaurant was rather empty due to the rain. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.
The food at this restaurant is tasty, but the delivery service is terrible. I placed an order on Grubhub a year ago and never received it. I attempted to order again today on Uber Eats using my brother's account, but encountered the same problem of my order not being delivered. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again unless I can pick up the food in person. Food: 3/5
I always have a great experience at The Cozy Cottage. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is consistently delicious. I appreciate that they offer breakfast all day, unlike other restaurants that limit breakfast hours. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered here. I ordered eggs Benedict to go but they never included the hollandaise sauce, which is what makes that whole dish. At $11.99, it's not cheap so I'm very disappointed. Won't order here again
