My wife and i had dinner here last night. It was very busy even though we didn’t get there until about 6:45. It took about 5 minutes to be seated. wonderful night in the crunchy fass! the place was very busy, but that's because it's the crisp touch! only a 20-minute waiting time. we sat outside in the huge swing chairs and enjoy waiting. I ordered the land fried steak with mais and gravy and a side of cookies with a sweet tee. the food was excellent and I'm coming back again and again?
Customer service is great. Food is tasty. I would've given 5 stars but my chicken tenders were very soggy when they were supposed to be crunchy. Other than that everything else was great and my server was a sweetheart and very attentive.
Horrible customer service, not clean, rude employees. They seated people that came in after us and refused to seat us until I asked for a manager and sent a message to corporate. We won’t be back.
