DO NOT EAT HERE!!! There was hair in my husbands meal. The manager accused my family, saying it was our hair. It was a long black strand and our hair was braided and blonde. Then they messed up on my children’s food order. They gave one of my children all the sides and gave my other daughter nothing. The manager told us to dig into our other daughters meal and give her my other daughters fries. We told her both meals came with fries. She told us she cooked corn and that she was not making fries. … – show
I ordered a half-pound of steamed crab legs and hush puppies, both of which were tasty and well-seasoned. I also got the Cajun sauce, which was so delicious that I decided to order an extra one to take home.

Food was delicious, we went in a Tuesday, it wasn't crowded. Service was fast. Out waitress was plenty and answered all our questions. Prices are decent. A large boil with almost everything is like $58. I got off the daily special menu, I paid $40 for 1 lobster tail, snow crab legs, shrimp, 2 corn and 2 potatoes. I thought is was a good amount. Really recommend dining here
Ordered 1lbs of king crab legs. They were pathetic. Only 1 claw it was the only thing that had meat. The rest of the legs were dried up. What a waste of $57.00. This was an order to go. Never again. Called and asked for a manager. Was told no manager until tomorrow. So upset.

Their food tasted good when it was delivered to us on Grubhub, but there are two criticisms. They are fairly pricey for a fast food establishment and they left Grubhub coupons that were expired many months before I even got there on their table. That’s pretty messed up.
I really enjoyed the food this is my second time coming here and my waitress (Ms. Kim) made this experience worth my while.. please come to CRAFTY CRAB IN SOUTH SIDE
I just got here at 10:15 and they didn't want to serve me food. If you're a traveler, don't bother coming here less than an hour before close.
The food is delicious and the service is quick and efficient. I love the oldies music the dj plays as you dine.

Crabcakes were bland, chicken fingers werent cooked thoroughly. Beer and fries were good tho. Will not go back
