I organized my daughter's 14th birthday party at this restaurant, and unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment—nothing tasted good. Our waitress, Mackenzie, was wonderful and attentive; she was truly the highlight of our experience. However, even the birthday cheesecake they provided was unappetizing. The restaurant was almost empty on a Friday night, which should have raised a red flag for me. Overall, I can't give this place a positive review. It definitely gets a thumbs down from me.
Our server, Mehdi/Mahdi, took exceptional care of us. He checked on us multiple times and made us feel not only welcomed but genuinely cared for. He was very friendly and polite! You guys have a fantastic server—be sure to appreciate him since my prior experiences weren’t as great. Thanks to him, I will definitely be returning and will always request to be seated in his section! The food was as delicious as ever today, but it tasted even better because of the excellent service!
WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DINE HERE AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING! They will TURN YOU AWAY! Upon arriving, I found the restaurant to be completely empty. The customer service is shockingly poor—staff are lazy and quite RUDE! The food is overpriced for the quality of service you receive. If you decide to visit, be prepared for the terrible service and keep in mind their closing time! Also, I witnessed them intentionally leaving the phone off the hook.
Crafty Crab used to offer a buy-one-get-one free boil-in-a-bag deal from Monday to Thursday, which was a great bargain. Unfortunately, that promotion has been discontinued, and so has my patronage. The quality was good, but the prices have now doubled. I'm off to Hook-n-Reel instead!

The service SUCKED...went early at 4pm the only people there for about 45 minutes... Server took forever to get her to the table and always had to look for her...never came to table on her own.
Food is hit and miss. Service is horrible, atmosphere is tense like the staff really want you to know they don't want you there.
Food was good service was good. But Noone in the place. Lol like we were the only 2 people dining
The experience was terrible overall, but I must say the waitress was excellent.
