I received a banana bowl instead of an açaí bowl, and while they refunded me $3.52 for the $10.95 bowl, I didn't even get to eat it because it was still frozen and completely incorrect.

The acai tasted very artificial, almost like crayons, and I paid extra for Nutella but only received a tiny drop. However, the latte was quite good.
