that was our first time we visited crazy sushi. we were in the opposite and they seemed interesting. when we arrived, there was a sign on the door that only found cash due to internet problems, so it is difficult to know whether the crow we have experienced is the norm. that said it was still surprisingly busy with just a few empty tables. the atmosphere is very beautiful. dim, but not so dim that you can see. it is a beautiful place for a date. the decorations were all very beautiful and reserved. the service was excellent. the few we treated were excessively welcome. it was also soothing to listen to the personal that communicates in Japanese. we ordered one of the sushi boats because it w...
consistency, consistency, consistency. each plate comes with a consistency and eye for details that do not understand when they do not visit often and always. something as simple as emamame? always perfectly damped and never the wrong consistency. the grilled squid is simply beautiful. the sashimi is perfect in every sight, including temperature. the same faces that create every meal year after year and it shows in every wise. how about a quick lunch for under $20? or knock them out and take them a boat and let them fill it. I've never been disappointed, but honestly, it took a few trips to appreciate all the resistance. low key, consistent and delicious every time.
the best sushi they can come around st. louis! it is local (10 years) with original recipes for their special roles. they also have many non-rotor rolls and entries that are always freshly cooked to order! the staff is super friendly and courteous and the owners are some of the humblest and friendly people they will ever meet. I love to roll the salmon skin and their big mouthpiece and their fried rice is always a leap! also love their tempoura and karate starters! they will not be disappointed!
The sushi is excellent. I wish the menus were a bit clearer — essentially you need to study three separate menus plus the drinks menu — but once you figure them out you are bound to choose something you like and delicious. Service is nice and friendly for US standards. I would give it four and a half stars because the service was rather slow and prices bit high. But five will do :
