This restaurant is located in Sélestat’s historical center, near the Catholic Church. The sign is small and not exactly eye-catching, so watch out for it. It also has a double door, which made us think that the restaurant was closed, while it wasn’t. Inside, it’s modernly furnished, in somber lines and colors. The menu has mainly “galettes”, buckwheat omelettes, both savory and sweet. But they also so salads and other stuff. I had the “popeye” galette, with spinach, cheese, ham and egg. My husband had one with tuna, tomato and cheese (don’t remember the name). We were served quickly, and portions are generous. This little creperie looks inaspicious from the outside, and is tucked away near the edge of the pedestrianized part of Selestat, serves some of the best, most imaginative crepes we have ever tasted! The crepe with pork kidneys (yes, pork kidneys)! and porcini, which we approached with some hesitation (!) was superb! Totally unique recipes, that the owner claims he learned from his grandmother. For desert, we enjoyed a buckwheat crepe with a home made butter and caramel sauce. The variety of crepes on the menu is breathtaking. Very untouristy. Cider is a specialty. We loved it.

I had the menu, crepe+dessert. The provençal (vegetarian) crepe was light and nice, and the ice cream tasty and huge! Two of us shared it, and had enough. My husband had the spinach, egg and ham crepe, which was nice and very filling. There is a terrace to eat that looks onto a quiet square very nice location. Book a table now

A surpricing way of serving crepes. Friendly service with tasty food. A good selection of different types of crepes savory and sweet. It is hard to decide which one to have. The atmosphere was very nice. Definetely recommend this restaurant.

On an exceedingly hot summer evening all we wanted was something light and tasty to eat - and that is exactly what we got. Quick and friendly service and reasonable prices completed our successful evening.
