After reading many reviews or more like options, we thought we would check it out for our selfs, so last Tuesday we called in for dinner, there were 8 of us, started with pub loafs oh yea get the cheese added they were perfectly heated, the whole group selected from the menu and specials board, and there was not one complaint I had lamb cutlets perfectly pink served with 6 veggies and there were lots of them crisp seasoned my wife went for the daily special which was house made rabbit pie served with creamy mash and greens it brought a tear to her eye said it was just like her mothers, our guests choose flounder , fish n steak all cooked to perfection then we were talked in to deserts by our...

Called in for an evening meal prior to heading off to see a gig down the road. Despite some of the previous negative reviews, we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I had the flathead fish. Batter was great, as were the chips. Service by a brand new waitress was commendable. Pub is quiet...perfect for conversation. Will be back.
Dropped in for dinner to a rowdy foul mouthed group which should have been the clue. Order meals and got the wrong meal. If you are going to have a scotch fillet shintzel on the board don't mix it up with the scotch fillet. No check on our meals. Overall a disappointing experience.
