Although the setting is beautiful beside Lac Leman, the food was dreadful! The “ravioli aux écrevisses et fera du Lac Leman” as a starter were tasteless and filled mainly with egg. The “filet fera du Lac” was over cooked and dry, as was the quenelle,...which lacked the sauce which is an integral part of this dish. Worst of all, however was the “filet de boeuf” which my daughter had requested « saignant » and which came back very well done, if not burnt! It took the chef at least 20 minutes to return the dish, this time cooked to “medium” . The desserts, luckily, were delicious. Our waiter, however, was a star and obviously embarrassed for us. Pretty terrace by the lake. Large parking lot and landing stage for boats. But the most important thing is that you can eat there in the afternoon when all the other restaurants are closed. We ate the excellent perch fillets accompanied by local white wine. The service was impeccable and fast. The lady was very kind and smiling. We will definitely come back.
A beautiful location and that's all you can enjoy about the place. Extremely overpriced food tastes just ok at best and the worst service among Geneva restaurants makes you feel horrible. Some of the waiters should not be in service business. You can find a lot better restaurants with the money in Geneva.
