This place has recently changed the property, and the quality has gone downhill. For years this was a professional, hygienic bakery ... now it is a pop-up version of his earlier self, they started using cheaper ingredients, because the same or higher price ... the staff never wears the caps, so expect You can find long black hair in your bun (as I occasionally have it), you have totally ruined one of these farms at the most famous product ... The "Cherry" Danish that you now produce imitation of a former favorite and I'm sure That the former owners would die to see their many years of fabulous work that will be falsified!

Delightful!. As a French I believe this is the bakery that get most close to a French boulangerie.Pastries are amazing and really buttery like they should be.Cakes and fine patisserie are sublime. You can tell the freshness of the ingredients and the top quality. If you have a birthday or an important celebration they have plenty choices for you.For pies lovers they make they own and believe none has equal in Sydney.Try it to believe me!

There's a bit of Parisian charm here being brought into the heart of Potts Point. The name itself, Croissant d'Or meaning Golden Croissant  tells you clearly that this is French, or at least French influenced. There's some good food here that you can't see from the street so venture in for a look. We were brunching, again, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Coffee, however, was first up along with some water!

Excellent croissant and cakes.  It looks like there have been ownership changes and I don't know if it's as legendary for cakes as it was in decades past, but I found a piece of very rich and creamy chocolate cake. The croissants are some of the best in town very buttery but they charge a lot for them. Book a table now

A stones throw from where i was staying on my Sydney trip, and boy what a place.<br/ <br/ I had a croissant and a chocolate croissant. Perfect is the word to describe it. What a tasty way to start the day. Unfortunately, never got to try all their other stuff, since they close early. Until next time...

It smells so beautiful outside while walking, you can’t help but buy a croissant! Unfortunately taste is not par to that smell! My friend had a pie and he wasn’t happy either! Though their cake was so nice! Not too sweet, very light and spongy! I guess their sweet game stronger than their savoury.

The secret to this outstanding piece of flaky, buttery pastry, is simple. If you can’t fly to Paris, Paris flies to you: The owner uses butter and flour from France, and this is the reason why the croissants taste exactly the way they should…

Walking past I had to stop and do a double take. The display cases were full of goodies and I ended up taking a box of croissant away for breakfast. $4.30 a piece but well worth it! Book a table now

The eclair was rich and I loved it. The pistachio slice is good, but a little bit too sweet for me. The chocolate slice cake is delectable and flavourful
