The service at the restaurant was exceptional. Our server was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the menu in great detail. As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. For the appetizer, I tried the bone marrow, and it exceeded my expectations. The king crab and corn bisque for my soup was incredibly flavorful. Moving on to the entree, the venison was cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. Finally, for dessert, the bourbon and caramel ice cream was a delightful way to end the meal.
Taysha is the best of the best. The food was great, the bread guy (Milosh) was great, the drinks were great. We’ve been going here for years and it’s tops. And, they valiantly defended our view from photo takers standing in front of us! I love the Crows Nest always!
Food was disappointing. Oysters were large (size 5) and the taste was not crisp as the Alaska oysters they have traditionally served. Sone of the tuna tuna steak was not the usual high quality and appeared to come from white tendon left side.
