This place opened 2 weeks ago. Came in today 02/11 to grab a 6 pack for work. I was greeted promptly by more than one person. The cashier was friendly and the guy who gave me my order answered my questions kindly. I normally go to the Wicker Park location but parking in the city can be a hassle. Waited an hour outside in 21° weather on opening day for these cookies!! Does that say something about how totally worth it they are! Super yummy and still moist even days after. Awesome concept and I love how each week they alternate flavors from their over 100 different flavors. Keeps me coming back for more cookies! Highly recommend!
The cookies here are absolutely amazing! They have recently opened and the service is excellent. Whoever is running this cookie business in Northbrook really knows their stuff. The general manager is nice and professional. Definitely try these cookies, you won't be disappointed.

I've been to this location twice and both times the cookies have been under baked. The sugar cookie and chocolate chip were basically just raw dough with icing.
