I have a friend who used to deliver pizzas for a rival brand, and he mentioned to me long back that Crust does not make good pizzas. I should have heeded his advice, though. I dropped in here a few days back, and my experience was pretty disappointing.
It is a small place with less than comfortable seating. Those short, flat, weird chairs are anything but comfortable. But since this is primarily a pizza delivery place, I guess they didn't pay much attention to the seating.

After a full day's drive to arrive in Parramatta (north) we were hungry and tired the order changed almost always. Which is why a short walk up Church st set our collective mouths watering. A range of cuisines and not too many steps between...each establishment. We finally chose our dinner destination, Crust. Service attentive yet busy. A good sign that the dishes were popular with locals as well. Our meals were quickly created and handed over to our eagerly waiting family. Walked back to our lodgings resisting the aromas of our parcels. Niice! Good quality ingredients and enough food to fill us, ok maybe not our growing teenager but haven't found a restaurant to do that yet
This place is my option on Friday night easy and convenient place to order and have a nice meal. The half and half option make easy for us to choose few options mismatch. I love peri peri chicken and Vege supreme.delievry in minutes, all...fo them Good except one big catch on delivering and Pay by Credit Card, For me, I think It was ethically and legally wrong to charge for every credit card payment, even if your bill is I understand Amex charge a Mgt fee; so you are passing to the customer! but not any other cards like Master and Visa. when I asked the employees they said It is company policy and they asked me to pay by Cash. there is a real concern
Good pizzas! The Mediterranean lamb, MorroCan lamb and Mexicans are all very good. And they have a lot of variety. Grief
However, the Chicago Deep plate is nowhere near the original Deep plate pizza from Chicago, in fact it is not even a deep pizza. It's just a normal pizza that is folded along the sides to look like a deep plate. The original Chicago Deep plate has baked the cover / filling inside and with perfection.
Do not dare for the other pizzas anymore.

The pizzas are great and I have been a regular customer for the past years. Usually ordering once a fortnight but lately, on top of very long deliver times, my order had been wrong. The first time, I received twice the same pizza when...we ordered different ones. Tonight, I was waiting for my pizza and a complimentary trial one but it got lost in the order apparently. So, because I love getting the food I order, I will have to find another place :
Last night I visited whilst on a business trip. Was a busy night in Parramatta and the pizza shop was full. It only took minutes for my pizza to arrive. It was fresh, hot and tasted great. Best Crust pizza I've had in Australia....Service by staff was friendly and efficient. I recommend visiting if in Parramatta. Nick
This is our way to pizza place. We usually take away, but your selection of pizzas is very exotic. My personal favorites are Vietnamese chicken, Mexican carne and spicy seafood. Your beef Bologna is also recommended that comes with cherry tomatoes. It tasted really well as I had the flu.
Pizzas at Crust are tasty, yummy and makes you full. Good service and top notch quality. The toppings were great. Wouldn't think twice to frequent this place for a good pizza. One may feel that the prices are a bit high, but totally worth it

Crust is another pizza place in Westernsyney, but they are definitely highlighted by the rest. Beautiful pizzas (nothing unique, but well done and delicious) and a beautiful vegetarian selection. In any case, a check out value.
