This place is great. The food was absolutely delicious homemade and flavourful classic dishes, and excellent value. We had the taster menu of 4 dishes, a drink each and plate of sharing desserts for €11 a head. We chose chickpea and chorizo stew, grilled goat's cheese, broken eggs with chips and marinated lamb and chips. We sat on the terrace with views down the mountainside. They seem to serve food until 5ish then close at 6pm. We turned up at 4.45pm so it was quiet but the waiter was really friendly and spoke excellent English. We were tired and hungry after walking up in the Teide national park and this was an excellent stop on the way down.
Fuimos un domingo cuatro personas sobre las tres de la tarde. Estaba lleno y con mucha gente esperando. Después de una hora nos pasaron, eso fue lo único negativo. No recomiendo ir en fin de semana. Como paseo si estás por la zona de El Médano o Las Galletas está genial, pues te sales del itinerario habitual. Pedimos un queso asado, una fabada, tres chuletas con papas fritas, un solomillo de cerdo, dos postres, tres cortados, una botella de agua y dos litros de vino. La cuenta ascendió a 85€, nos pareció muy correcto. Tiene terraza y un interior bastante amplio
Lo primero que nos sorprendió, fue a que pesar de no tener una carta muy extensa, una tercera parte o casi la mitad eran opciones veganas. Un gran acierto para abarcar todos los públicos. Es un restaurante de carretera, con una vistas muy bonitas y un servicio magnifico. Si no eres de la isla y quieres probar cosas típicas, es una muy recomendable opción. Y hacen una tortilla de patata vegana exquisita y el pan recién horneado, crujiente por fuera y esponjoso por dentro. Todo lo que comimos estaba muy rico, pero la tortilla, para nuestro gusto fue lo mejor.

Todo muy bueno y el trato aún mejor, muy recomendable y si podemos, volveremos. Lastima de no poder disfrutar de las vistas por las nubes, pero muy bien, super satisfechos.
