I confirmed my reservation by phone at 5:00 when they opened. The person I spoke to was rude and seemed irritated that I was confirming. When we arrived just five minutes early, the waiter informed us that they only had one chef available for two restaurants, and it would take at least an hour for our order to be ready. I'm not sure why they didn't mention this when I confirmed the reservation. The waiter even suggested we come back another time. We definitely won’t be returning. I will also make sure to tell all my friends and family to avoid this place.
The dining experience was mediocre. The prices were quite high, especially considering the quality of the meals, which didn’t justify the cost. However, the staff were fantastic and provided excellent service. I also found the menu online to be outdated and inaccurate; it had not been updated in years. For example, I was eager to try the bone marrow dish, but was informed it was no longer available, along with several other items that were listed online. Overall, it was disappointing given the expectations set by the online menu.
We ordered from the Mare Sol menu as well as the C’sons menu which we are happy to be able to do so. I ordered the Pan Seared scallops and one other person in our party ordered them. We have had them before and they were delicious, however this time they were mediocre at best. They had no sear on them. The green beans were way undercooked and there was no sauce on the plates. The cocktails we ordered were great and the wine selection was to our liking. Staff was friendly and service was prompt.
It was an enjoyable evening. Service was good and courteous. Food was good maybe the steak was a bit pricey at $54.00 it was huge but not seasoned very much and a little chewy. Scallops were good as were all the sides. Dessert was also good. We would definitely go back but I would order something other than the pricey beef.

The food, cocktails, and service were all fantastic! I had the filet and the mahi mahi special for my main courses, and both were excellent. We started with crab cakes and a blue cheese wedge, which were delicious. I will definitely be coming back!
The dining experience was excellent, with a fantastic atmosphere and top-notch service. We were able to celebrate my wife's birthday with a lovely dinner.
