I found a place similar to a small village, with people of various nationalities linked together by curiosity and love for cuisine. I spent ten days in Cuisine and Health in a peaceful place with a friendly team and I had pleasure in participating in the preparation of meals and tasting them with other guests speaking French, English and Spanish. It was a delight of the continual papillae!! Thank you all for everything!
11 days when I discovered the principles of macrobiotic cuisine and Yin and Yang philosophy! An elaborate, tasty and very balanced vegetable cuisine. A fantastic human experience. A very accessible price!
