Our family celebrated my mother's 90th birthday at the Culinary Cafe, and it was an outstanding experience. Deb Frank, Debbie Swope, and the entire team—employees, students, and technicians—did a fantastic job. I can’t express enough how wonderful everything was. The food was delicious, the desserts were amazing, and the carrot cake was the best I've ever had. The decorations and setups were top-notch. I highly recommend hosting your special event here!
The 2nd Annual PTECH cohort dinner was held there this evening. My daughter and I enjoyed the experience and the food was delicious. The staff (students) were on point. They did an amazing job. We had a pleasant surprise when we stumbled upon this restaurant, while passing through Cumberland. Great value and good food. The college culinary students are the cooks and servers. They are very enthused! What better place to a lunch. Beats all the fast food places!! And desserts to die for.
I was very surprised to see how big this place is, and to see it packed! I only had the salad bar, and it came with soup stuffed green pepper soup and cream if crab. Both were fantastic! The cream of crab wasn't too heavy either. Book a table now
This little cafe is run by the Culinary Art Students for a very limited amount of time during the week. If you can mange to get their for lunch. You can find some of the best crab cakes around. AND we know our crab cakes!!
The ambiance is fantastic, and the prices are surprisingly low. The wait staff is courteous, and the restaurant is operated by the local college. Be sure to try their Hummingbird Cake—it's delicious!
This is a facility used for culinary and hospitality students at ACM. They always have great food and great prices. They also display art from local artists which is great!
