Cullens Ice Cream . ... This place WAS a good place to go until we found out how they treat their teenage employees! They treat them horrible!! And they do not follow labor laws regarding warnings when their employees have problems. They also send very STONG EXCLAMATION texts when parents get involved. And another thing...to pickup paycheck. They weren't there. They clipped it to a corkboard with a note stating last paycheck for everyone to see. We will never patronage this company again!! We will taking our business to Two Scoops Ice Cream in Anoka.
Cullens is the best! The owners are such friendly people and the staff is always super helpful. The selection always has a few standards, but there are many rotating flavors (including some homemade flavors) for something new every time. Often they also have a few flavors of homemade milk free ice cream. They also have a wide range of craftsmanship and old time so, and novelty candies. Definitely recommend this place!
I had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. I strongly advise against going there. My family and I stopped by for some ice cream, only to find that they served us expired ice cream! It was quite unappetizing. To make matters worse, they refused to exchange it for fresh ice cream. I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated by the terrible service.
Very good local ice cream/candy shop. They have a huge selection, big scoops of really good ice cream. There is a lot to try here and you won't be disappointed in anything they offer. Prices are reasonable for the amount you get. Outdoor seating could be a little better but it's not their fault the building doesn't have much of a sidewalk.
