Food was amazing as always. Unfortunately, it seems the more I come in, the more I find cashiers that aren 't attentive, that mutter under their breath things like That was what you wanted after a small misunderstanding, and that seem unaware of how to do their job until other employees come up to them. I don 't mind the staff chatting between orders and runs, but they almost all get completely unhappy and miserable looking when it 's their turn to do a job or take an order. Service has been lacking more and more each time I order from here and it 's getting really disappointing.
I love going to Culver's in Jeffersonville Indiana. The staff is very friendly. The food is great and the store is clean. I enjoy both Clarksville and Jeffersonville but I'm really glad Culver's moved to Jeffersonville. Having Culver's in my hometown is wonderful. I really the the personal service the staff gives you when you come into the Jeff Culver's. They are always friendly, nice, and it's like visiting old friends. CULVER'S IN JEFFERSONVILLE INDIANA GETS 5 STARS IN MY BOOK. if they could I'd give them a 10.
This was my second time dining here, and the food was fantastic! The only downside is that during my first visit, I wasn't offered any guidance while ordering, which led me to overspend without realizing it.
We initially received someone else's food, so we returned to get our correct order. However, they ended up messing up two of our burgers by adding cheese to them, even though they were supposed to be plain.

We went through the drive-thru, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The food was hot and delicious—exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back!
We stopped in for take out so we could eat while watching the fireworks over the river. The grilled chicken cashew salad and butter burger were a hit!
The fish and chips tasted good until I got to the end of one fish chip. The crust was very thick and raw.
