I decided to give this restaurant another chance after some time. I ordered two butter burgers, but the taste was on par with McDonald's and quite disappointing—dry and burnt, possibly overcooked or reheated. I also ordered a large chili, which was good but should have been served hot instead of cold. I've experienced similar issues before, and the management attributed it to COVID, but with the pandemic now behind us, I had hoped for an improvement. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. I only chose this location because it's close to my home, and I hope other places have better quality.
Every Culver's surpasses any other fast food restaurant by three times. Their shakes are made with real fruit and chocolate, not just sugar and artificial flavors. The fries and meat are of exceptional quality. They also offer gluten-free buns in sealed bags, allowing you to assemble your burger exactly how you like it. Gluten-free options have never been a problem here. Additionally, the staff and manager are incredibly attentive and provide table service.
Culver's is known for its butter burgers and dreamy slow-churned ice cream! While it's a chain and we have a good idea of what to expect from the menu, I must say that every time I've visited, the manager has taken the time to check on our satisfaction. The restaurant is always spotless, too! Keep up the great work, everyone! We look forward to our next visit.
These smash-style burgers are incredible and are certainly on par with some of the well-known burger chains in New York. The staff were very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I highly recommend it! The cheese curds with ranch were fantastic, and the chili was flavorful and satisfying—while not extraordinary, it was definitely good.

This has become my favorite fast food spot, even for dining in. The restaurant has bounced back nicely after the COVID shutdowns, which had affected dine-in and slowed down the drive-thru service. It seems like there's a new manager, and they're doing an outstanding job. I can't wait to come back!
We placed our food order, but what really caught my attention was the new lemon ice cooler with cherries. It was incredibly refreshing! They offer several different flavors as well. This is definitely a must-try for the upcoming summer to help you stay cool.
Ice cream: decent... don't ask for oreos in it because they'll give you a bunch of crumbs in a shake, but their BURGERS ARE TOP THREE of any place remotely similar to fast food. I think about them all the time and if I was rich, I'd be there once a week.
Good is always good and the staff is exceptional. I would come here just for the old time service vibe regardless of the food. For a fast food joint they do a great job Kid-friendliness: Kid meals include ice cream and toppings!

Excellent food and service! The manager personally walked through the dining area to check in with each customer about their meal. I even saw him bring a water refill to one of the guests. Truly outstanding!
