We were a group of 23 people today, we were reserved at 2:30 a.m., but were finished with our museum visit earlier, so we came about 90 minutes earlier! We would have had the best understanding if the team said: "No, please come at 2:30 as it was planned" that came at the beginning, but they still have the most expensive and available tables / chairs so that we could eat earlier! The worst experience! Never go here! The rudeness waiter his name is Siomone or Simone. We come with baby and tried to order a food , very long time nobody came to us and suddenly very rude waiter appeared. He threw the menu in my...face then gone away. minutes later he came again, me and my husband tried to order the food! I asked about salmon and pizza he tried to correct my English to clumsy italiangerman...my daughter took the rose from vase on the table to smell and waiter Siomone or Simoneran and grabbed the flower from the childhands and daughter began to cry..so my opinion the food was also not tasty. mood was spoiled
also after years a good, recommended Italian. fast, friendly, competent service. we were there with our little son (1.5 years) on the occasion of our 10th high season (26.05.2017). the waitress (which we have been watching there for years) was friendly and offered a child chair, brought a small portion pommes for our son. the food came quickly and was good, hot and delicious as always. also the drinks were well cooled (important at the hot temperatures at that day). all in all a round thing and we like to come back.
If I could give a zero I would, the guy who welcomed us in was rude, the waiter was even worse, looked at me as if I was an alien when I asked for wifi code they don’t do WiFi food was at very best...average, the garlic bread was the most pathetic thing you’ve ever seen, it’s very rare I waste my time putting on a bad review but this place deserves it, do yourself a favour and don’t go
