I have ate at every Chinese food place within a 15 mile radius and this place is easily tops! The general tso’s chicken is amazing. The perfect middle of sweet and spicy. The prices for the portion sizes are solid and the family that operate the carry out are very welcoming people. They usually have 1 or 2 kids behind the counter when you walk in showing you it is truly a family place. And the employees will accommodate you on any kind of special orders you may have
Go elsewhere! I’ve purchased from here about two or three times and it’s hit or miss. Tonight was the last straw. They burnt and overcooked the ribs and the rice was crunchy and after sending a picture they tried to tell me they were overcooked/ dry because I took too long to go home to eat them. I bought them about 6 pm and I got home about 9 pm. Don’t waste your money or time. Zero stars don’t recommend. I had to chose 1 star to be able to warn the public.
Decided to try for the first time. We got a bunch of things so we could get a overall rating .On a 1/10 scale 10 the best we had the following: Egg rolls 7 jiaozi 7/8 fried and steamed) they could put a little more brown on the fried ones) meat on stick 7/8 bourbon chicken 8/9, general Tso tofu solid 8, kung pao ji ding chicken) 5 needs a little more flavor and spice, sweet sour chicken 7/8 Overall rating 7.5/10.
I ordered meat skewers and fried meat wontons. When I got home, the skewers were dry and tough like jerky, and the wontons were filled with cheese instead of the meat I had requested. I called to complain about the food mix-up, but was put on hold and never received a response. I will never dine at Dia Kim's again - they have lost a customer. Book a table now
Food went completely downhill over the years. Todays order the fried rice was badly scorched and the egg drop soup was jello. The shrimp with broccoli was good minus the 4 shrimp that were in there. The rice it was served with was mushy. I’m done with this place. Oh and $3 to substitute lo mein noodles is absurd.
The food was delicious. First time we are trying this place. It was nice that our shrimp dishes had full sized shrimp. We are very pleased. I don’t understand all the bad reviews.
This restaurant serves the best Chinese food in the area! I have enjoyed everything on their menu that I have tried. If you haven't been yet, you are definitely missing out.
Food was absolutely disgusting the one time we ordered from here. Will never try it again. Our mistake for not knowing there are two Dai Kim’s in Glen Burnie. Book a table now
