Good food but mean spirited service staff, one in particular. Rude, aggressive, and abrupt, if not contemptuous. Was glared at by a staffer while walking up toward front counter to ask a question. Staffer later delivered food order to table by basically slamming down tray in front of me with a sarcasticly delivered comment.... enjoy and walked away. If you want to get verbally abused and treated with rudeness, then by all means this is the place for you. Is this the kind of attitude dairy queen franchises encourage and support in their staff? If so, bankruptcy is not far down the road. There are soooo many places to sit down and have an enjoyable dinner without having to put up with this kin...
We love stopping here for lunch when passing through. The staff here during the day is the friendliest and most helpful of any fast food resto we have visited. Polite and full of friendly smiles at the counter, they even deliver the food to your table for you, including the blizzards we had asked for to come later as a dessert. This is the way great service used to be, and it still exists here thanks to the hard working staff behind the counter. Simply excellent! Thank you.
One of the worst grilled chicken burgers ever. It was piping hot (as it would be if over cooked in a microwave). Bread and lettuce were super soggy, I could barely hold it in my hands without everything falling out. Too bad we went though the drive-thru and were on the road.
Need a ice cream or burger fix when in the area? Come here. Great staff and fast service....plus its a clean and well run operation. Best blizzards out there!
