it was a busy day for this situation. the line to drive thru was super long! the whole way from the entrance of the autobahn, to the running gear thru window. the personal has done an amazing work to get all in the line. the waiting time wasn't long. very efficient and under pressure organized. smiley faces as soon as we arrived at the window. Eat and dessert were perfectly presented. many thanks for this amazing experience. you do your best and it shows!
My family and I love going to DQ for their blizzards. Normally we are pleased with the service and quality. This time, unfortunately, when we got our blizzards, ALL of them were about 1/2 a blizzard and 1/2 just regular vanilla ice cream. Even the blizzard half had very little goodies added to it. Plus, the ice cream was partially melted. Overall not a great experience this time, but not bad enough from going back for another ice cream fix!
Picked up lunch for means my assistant, she had the cheese burger and I had the chicken fingers. Came with fries, a drink and a Sundae. And it was all very tasty with a bill of less than $13 for the two of us. Only negative is they don't have a buffalo ranch dip like Wendy's but I had some Chipotle Mayo at the office for just such an occasion. If you want a quick, filling and delicious meal for an excellent price, this is where it's at!
visited college-heights dq last Friday night and this afternoon on Saturday, hates to the young work there how fast they are. I am really happy with there prompt service and eating is fresh and well organized. I went to drru last night and today it was really a great experience. no matter how big the line is, but they just served as fast as a snap Book a table now
Today I visited the DQ in college heights?.. everything was awesome! My blizzard was properly blended with cheesecake chunks throughout, my burger was hot and tasty and it everything was super clean! I will absolutely be back for the fast friendly service and excellent food! Our go to location from now on ??
9 pm Tuesday April 12th .4 front staff to busy talking/joking around with another staff member . blizzard where more like a warm milkshake . very disappointed. email was sent to dq , no response....guess customer service is a thing of the past .
no great experience. sa in the line on the journey through over 20 minutes came where I could order and had to repeat myself over and over. saw another 15 minutes on my dinner at the window. very slow. 35 min is not acceptable for fast eating.
Went through drive through. They did not get our order right. Drove to window to pay. Had to tell them 3 more times what out order was. Got it wrong. Had to go back inside restaurant to get it fixed. How. An you rate a 0. Book a table now
I came through the drive thru today 6esh for dessert after dinner, even though it was busy, the staff where super nice and friendly and where able to help me right away with how speedy service was.
