When I mentioned that I would report the situation to corporate, the manager seemed indifferent, which made me question his management skills. It would be beneficial for your managers to improve in this area. Additionally, more variety in grilled food would be appreciated, especially since you advertise it prominently. There are plenty of dessert options, but very few actual grilled items, as we only found out it was just the chicken. Overall, it was an awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone, especially with a manager like that. He seemed to think he was doing us a favor by offering a refund, but it felt more like an afterthought.
I decided to switch things up and ordered the Shrimp Basket instead of my usual burger. I have to say, I was quite pleased! The popcorn shrimp were perfectly cooked and not overcooked at all. The French fries were served hot, and the soda was refreshingly cold. I enjoyed my meal at the Southlake Mall Food Court, where everything felt peaceful. The dining area was well-maintained and consistently cleaned. Mall security was visible and attentive, creating a relaxed atmosphere where everyone seemed to be enjoying their food and shopping. Lol!
My son should find love when he can, and Milk Queen is a great place for that! He loved the food, which is prepared fresh every time we visit. I really appreciate how delicious everything is, including the hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken strips, and fries. I highly recommend trying their sundae as well. Even though I can’t indulge too much, I always take my son out here, and it's a place we both enjoy. It’s a stress-free spot that guarantees a good day!
Horrible customer service! I don't know if he is the manger or owner but he is very rude and not apologetic for it what do ever. I'm a mall employee i eat here at least 2 times a week however i will not anymore and will be telling all my co workers to not eat here as well!

It's ok here. Only thing is this Dairy Queen is located inside of South Lake Mall so it's small and don't offer as much as the big headquarters. But overall it's services are good and the Alaskan Fish Fillet Sandwich was good just as long as it is hot.
Only store that doesn’t offer free refills, the owners are rude charge 1 dollar for a small refill and very limited with the food. Don’t waste money here.
The food was burnt, service was terrible.. the owners should revisit thier staff..I wouldn't recommend this dq. The one in Southlake maill in morrow.
The burgers were surprisingly delicious! I might just come back to try your ice cream next time.
